Michael was patient and very helpful
Michael arrived at the home and we tried to explain what had happened. After a bit, it became apparent to Michael that we had made a mistake in trying to run the dishwasher the way we had tried. Michael, very pleasantly took the time to demonstrate to my wife the correct way of running the machine. He then asked her to start the machine and run it thru the cycle. She completed the task and hopefully we will not make the same mistake again! Michael did a great job!

Tom is an extremely qualified and nice person to deal with. He knew of our issues with getting our range fixed under the insurance warranty and kept at it. It took 2 months for the range to be fixed because the Insurer kept cancelling our appointments.

Edwin came to fix my freezer issues (over freezing in the fridge at low temperatures, leaking water from ice machine, no consistency with ice being made, etc). While Sears has sent several techs to my home to attempt to repair and order the wrong parts, Edwin was able to determine the issue very quickly, got the part ordered, and came back to finally get the problem solved. The only distaste was that the appointment was set for somewhere between 8 am - 12 pm, however, I understand that staffing is scarce these days. Thank you, Edwin!
