Great Job
Steve was punctual and professional. He explained thoroughly exactly what was happening with my refrigerator. He adjusted the floor pieces and leveled the refrigerator. He also addressed the knocking sound coming from the refrigerator. Thank you.

I think the problem might be fix the technical think the tray sometime back off the spinner and will make loud noise so he advised me to check that one or twice a month.so I am monitoring it overnight to see if everything is okay so he won't need to come within 24hours time.
