Sears Service call
The repair person was very knowledgeable and friendly. He pinpointed the problem and efficiently provided the repair estimate. But repair cost was very high. Although I trust SHS over other repair companies, we will try to do it ourselves. If we have problems, we will contact you again. I believe Sears Home Service is fair and trustworthy.

I think the problem might be fix the technical think the tray sometime back off the spinner and will make loud noise so he advised me to check that one or twice a month.so I am monitoring it overnight to see if everything is okay so he won't need to come within 24hours time.
