Barry was very professional and knowledgeable. He went right to work on the fridge after getting information on the problem. He didn't make a mess either. Explained what he found wrong and as of this review there haven't been any more leaking.

Raf is an friendly and professional individual. The process did not take much and he took additional time to explain the problem, what he did to correct the issue and explain monthly maintenance I should perform to province future occurrences.

Frigidaire Noise Unresolved, but the repair person tried!

Jeremy was very polite and ran to get a fan part which ended up not being needed. Unfortunately while Jeremy took the time to open up the unit, nothing was resolved to stop the constant noise. I will be taking this up with Frigidaire as the unit never make this noise until a few months ago, now according to the manual it's supposed to be "acceptable" to hear nonstop squeaking come from a fairly high-end freezer.
