Hugo was assigned to repair my refrigerator. He called when he was on his way, was very polite and neat and solved the issue.

John was on the spot with the washer by replacing the shock absorbers. Totally stopped the jumping around problem. Zeroed in on the dryer squeeking problem. Ordered the part that was severely damaged to be replaced at a later date. Absolutely pleased with his professionalism and communication with me about the process. The price of repair was far less than the replacement cost of either unit. Will use this service in the future if necessary.
