The technician was great, very knowledgeable and polite. He fixed the issue and cleaned his work area. GOOD JOB! My only concern is your scheduling app. I would appreciate an appointment time in a much narrowing time frame, like a 2 hour window instead of an 8 hour window. The "arrival time" noted on the app was changed several times and was not accurate.

Zachary is wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We've had several problems with our appliance. He worked on it many times, replaced parts more than once, eventually it was not able to be repaired. He is really a great person who knows his job very well. We personally will ask for his service, if we need it in the future.
