Technician was knowledgeable prompt and gave me a courtesy call that he was enroute. No complaints…..my issue is the wording for why the glass top on my range is not covered! 'Broken chipped or cracked glass from misuse or abuse' so if it is beyond your control…..accidents in home do happen!
