Ricky did a great job. He found the reason for our problem. He was here as he called. He stuck with the job to find the cause and ordered the correct part and installed it. He tested all the settings. HE is pleasant. I would recommend him as he did as he said. Washed clothes yesterday and everything was excellent. Great Job Ricky.

The gentleman was so polite and so professional and he got right to it and told me exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator and gave me some advice. Because apparently these parts from my refrigerator are no longer made, but he was so knowledgeable and so professional.
