He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing. As soon as I plugged the refrigerator on and it made a noise, he was spot on on what the problem was. He explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand and got the job done. My frig is working beautifully again. I'm a senior on a fixed income and I was thrilled I wasn't going to have to buy a new frig. He's a top notch tech and if anything goes wrong again, I would ask for him for sure. Your company is lucky to have him!!!
