Zachary is wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We've had several problems with our appliance. He worked on it many times, replaced parts more than once, eventually it was not able to be repaired. He is really a great person who knows his job very well. We personally will ask for his service, if we need it in the future.

Mike was very nice, came in and fixed the problem which was a fuse. He replaced it and put a cup of water in the microwave to test it and said it heated up. Hopefully, it will last at least another 5 years.
