Ice maker broken
Professional!! Did a great job. Made sure we was satisfied with the work done. Checked twice for anything elase we needed.. Definitely will.use rhwm again ans ask for the same technician.

The technician was great, very knowledgeable and polite. He fixed the issue and cleaned his work area. GOOD JOB! My only concern is your scheduling app. I would appreciate an appointment time in a much narrowing time frame, like a 2 hour window instead of an 8 hour window. The "arrival time" noted on the app was changed several times and was not accurate.
