Wow! what a pleasant experience, totally professional. Francisco called me a couple of times let me know he status and when I could expect him. he arrived on time. He was very polite and professional, explained his procedures and steps to his service call. he gave me an estimate on repairs and also offered me the service plan package. We agreed on the estimate and he began is diagnosis. Francisco had the problem isolated with in minutes, explained everything to me and began the repair. Francisco had the repairs which included, removal of the old, broken parts, prepping the copper, soldering, leak check, vacuuming the system, replacement of Freon and finally checking the system completed in short order. He plugged the refrigerator in and checked the operational condition, it was already cooling. He then cleaned up his area, his tools , replace some cover plates and shelves. Francisco then began the paperwork process, he explained everything to me step by step. He know how to operate and the areas of billing, receipts etc. on his phone and again was extremely professional. Did I say WOW?? I will make Sears my first call next time. sear is a lucky company to have such a knowledgeable, polite and professional employee on their staff. Thanks again Francisco, Ken Crumpler Jr.
