Mr Mustafa explained everything that he was about to do, and continued to communicate throughout the cleaning service process. He also showed me the parts once he had opened it and explained what was out of stock or if available. Once done, he cleaned and said what was needed to keep an eye on, and said the refrigerator was generating cooler air and should be working. Thank you!
