On Jacob's first visit to diagnose stove problem, he immediately identified the problem and ordered the part. On Jacob's second visit he installed the part and tested the stove to make sure it was working properly. Jacob was professional, explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. He was timely, polite and I believe a great asset to your company.
