Ok. I'll stick to facts and not frustration. Despite updating my profile 4 times because you had my number transposed and it would not reset when I tried to edit, last Friday I wasted my entire day waiting because tech couldn't call. He didn't have the part so he tried but also could not change the number so rescheduled and same stupid thing today. I must've gotten 5 notices every day you were coming but no confirmation on time. You guys need to make this better!!!
