Mark discovered the problem. I have been without an ice maker for 7 years weeks. Two appointments rescheduled within an hour of showing up. Many calls telling me to confirm parts or the appt is cancelled with the technician there. But the kicker is all of the delays and incompetent technicians and company allowed it to get worse and water leaked behind my built in wall and shamed my brand new wood floors and cabinet

Devin was extremely prompt and showed up right on time. He immediately identified the problem and explained it clearly. He had all the necessary parts and fixed our oven quickly. He then demonstrated the repairs before putting everything back together. It was a great service visit.
