Excellent technician! Very respectful and did not leave a me
How wonderful it is to have someone come into your house and know exactly what is wrong with your refrigerator and is able to install new parts professionally and quickly. I am very happy with Mark the serviceman.

The company however needs to improve, the company is not reliable, they were supposed to come in 2/24/24 and no one came and the worse part was that nobody got in touch with me to let me know. I waited all day long from 7am to 6:30om and nothing not even a call or a message apologizing.
