Bryan arrived early…that was appreciated. He diagnosed the problem and had the part he needed so the repair went well. He was very careful with our floor….used a mat to slide the stove out from the wall. He let me clean back there while he did the billing. He was patient to show me what went wrong and explain it as he showed me the damaged part. There were only good things to say about Bryan. Thanks.

He addressed my concern about needing a new refrigerator and provided me with costs for repair or replacement so that I could make an informed decision if he found a substantial problem. He found no issues that couldn't be resolved.
