I was fortunate that Ryan was my technician today. He explained the problems with my ice maker & what steps are necessary to get the replacement part. However we both got a surprise when Ryan discovered that he happened to have my replacement ice maker in his Truck parts inventory! An instant fix for me & it saved him another trip! A terrific fast resolution!
