I'm glad I called Sears
Christopher H. was polite and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and why. He addressed my concern about needing a new refrigerator and provided me with costs for repair or replacement so that I could make an informed decision if he found a substantial problem. He found no issues that couldn't be resolved.
