Jay fixed our refrigerator and was fast and a nice tech.
Sears set up five dates that someone would be out to do the repair. We stayed home waiting for someone to come. Finally on the fifth date, Jay came on the 22nd and did the repair. We wished that the service department would have called and explained that they were too busy to come out or not have taken our money on the 6th and yet they were too busy until the 22nd to do the repair. Gas Oven
Jon, was flexible in scheduling service same day. He was able to ask a couple fact finding questions and came prepared with parts. He officially diagnosed the issue once he opened the oven up extremely quick. Jon had the ignitor fixed in minutes. Thanks, Jon. Time to make cup cakes!!
