Shawn was very fast at repair and no issues with him. I do have issues with the people that are supposed to schedule work with technicians and are supposed to return calls to me to set up appointments. Your automated system is a failure and just loops out. I'm pretty sure no one will read this and us by some slim chance someone does, I'm pretty sure it will be ignored. Sears used to have a good reputation but now you are just out hoping to make lots of money with very little effort.
