Erick was knowledgeable and extremely cooperative. The part needed for my stove is no longer available but he was able to find the part which I bought on line. I was very pleased with my end result even though Eric was not able to make the necessary repairs through no fault of his own.

David V called and gave a time when he would be arriving. He came at that time. He was very polite. He wore a mask because I am having some medical issues. He diagnosed the problem. Went and got the part needed and fixed the issue. He was careful moving the refrigerator. You have a very good employee that represents your company well.
