Refrigerator fan replacement
The service repairman was very competent and friendly. My only complaint is that my refrigerator was not working very well after the fan went out and it took 7-8 days after that part came in for Sears to get the repairman back to my home to put the part in.

The Maintenance service provide by Phil was top notch. The sears scheduling service is dis functional and cost me 2 days of lost work wages due to cancelling my maintenance appointments twice without telling me. They also rescheduled these appointments without coordinating with me. That part of this Sears Maintenance service needs professional help.

Thomas the Tech was awesome. Sears Home Services was not. Parts arrived June 8. After canceled appointments and no shows parts finally installed July 5. Will no use them again.
