Dishwasher repair
He knew what he was doing and offered info that was clearer than the people on the phone call. He fixed the problem the plumber missed. Will use this service again.

Mansoor was great. He was able to detect the problem had a rather simple solution , one that no longer required the new parts ordered by the previous technician a month ago. Mansoor discovered that the water hoses attached to the washer had been reinstalled in reverse after a new water heater had been installed a few years ago which created a situation where I could not get a cold water wash, but always mix of hot/cold. He was most helpful and diligent in trying to rectify the whole situation, which included reinstalling the according door to my utility closet. He's the best. With regard to the automated, digital customer service center. It's awful. And parts fulfillment was never able to reconcile parts that had arrived to my house while still being listed as on backorder, even after confirming to an actual human being that they had arrived. Exasperating.

Jorge was polite and got the ice out which was inside the back panel of the freezer. This was causing the fan not to turn and causing both the freezer and the refrigerator not to get cold. He answered my questions and was efficient.

We went through 3 previous technicians who were not thorough and seemed to not care enough. This technician communicated with us that he was on the way and gave us an accurate expected time. When he was on the job he was professional and thorough. Did not leave until we were all sure that the dishwasher is repaired. 🎯
