Freezer service call
Freezer was over heating then shut off. After it cooled off then the freezer would work properly. The technician suggested we move freezer to a different inside wall. We did so and the freezer is working normally now.

I'm very disappointed and angry with Sears. I needed to have this repair expedited and I initially got it expedited for July 9th but then even though I got confirmation it didn't happen. Then I got it expedited for the 12th and I got confirmation and that didn't happen. Ultimately, it didn't happen until July 13th even though I placed the request July 5th. I think Sears is terrible and I hope the home warranty company finds a different contractor. Adam himself did an amazing job. Very impressed. Very personable, very professional!
