My experience with Sears has been horrible. They canceled three appointments without telling me. I lost 8 hours of work time. Customer Service would not help and continually just told me to reschedule. Thankfully the tech who showed up seemed to be knowledgeable and got my refrigerator back up and running.

He was here in and out in less than 10 minutes to fix the dishwasher. Fastest drive I've ever seen, but then easiest job because my grandson hit some buttons that put the dishwasher in service mode. Very thankful that he was able to come out and fix this for me no more washing dishes by hand.
