The sears repair tech did a great job with the repairs. Will not buy another Frigidare product , this is the 6th repair in 5 years

Patrick took the time to explain what was wrong with our freezer and how it happened. Unfortunately, not a lot can be done except to avoid small pieces of anything being loose in the freezer.

Tyler was a great tech and had the problem fixed quickly. Once he got here. We were rescheduled twice and ended up being 2 weeks from the original scheduled date. Second reschedule was 30 minutes prior to service time. A+ for the tech and his knowledge and skills, D- for the scheduling side of things.
