Mario was actually the technician ! Called ahead to let us know he would be there in approximately an hour so we had a heads up, which was awesome so we could plan. We don't have time to wait all day so that was a big plus for us .. He worked efficiently and was very clean and neat. Finished the job quickly, made sure to inspect that the part did fix the issue, which it did . Packed up and left !! Great service ! Thank you Mario !!!! Very happy client .

The tech Tito is great. However both of the parts needed arrived at your facility on july 24. I just got the repair completed now. August 14. The first confirmed appointment was August 1. That slipped by and it kept getting rescheduled due to one of the two parts not shipping. I have both boxes from the parts now and they were both received the same day. I deserve a partial refund. Please advise.
