Great service
When he first came out, he told me exactly what was wrong, showed me photos and came back a couple weeks later once the parts arrived and made the repairs. Polite and great service.

Terrell was excellent but the overall telephone customer service lacked professionalism in informing me about a service appointment when I had received parts quite some time ago.. When they saw that they dropped the ball they accelerated the follow up appointment by email and not the courtesy of a phone call. I was only notified 24 hr before appointment without seeing if it was an acceptable schedule for myself.
