The Ai phone call in the morning were not real helpful on giving information on arrival time. The 2 hr window needs to be revised to "will be there by or before "X:xx" time. Adam worked diligently. Thanks,

I am not happy that it took almost 3 months to get repairs done. Gary came out and said needed a compressor and parts for repairs. Parts came to my home. in a few day Two new repair men came said did noy need compressor needed coolant. The coolant lasted 1 day. Gary came back and ordered parts and when the came in fixed the problem.

We have had problems with our fridge door for the last three years. 6 different guys looked at it. One with a different company and 5 guys from Sears finally Dave and another guy with him finally figured it out. They changed it to a left swing instead of a right swing and now it closes and seals. The bottom right was compromised and the bracket wasn't working properly. I like it better open on the left better on the right. We have only had the fridge for about 3 years. Only after a few months the drawer cracked. The seal on the fridge tore anc it didn't shut properly. Finally it's fixed.
