Brian was excellent, no problem with him or his work whatsoever. Sears help desk/service center totally different story. Received our part one week ago and started trying to get through to someone to schedule an appointment, could never make it past the automated system, no matter what options I chose. Then yesterday, Labor Day, I get an automated call saying my service was scheduled for today, luckily we had nothing on the calendar. Never received an email or text about my appointment until 0600 hrs today, the day of my scheduled appointment. I would appreciate more human contact and not automated message services.
