Had to call Sears Protection agreement as microwave/oven combination cannot be repaired. They assured me that a replacement will be issued. I need confirmation of this.

I highly recommend Carl for any appliance repair needs you may have. He is thorough, diligent and incredibly knowledgeable about all appliances and brands. He has been out to fix numerous appliances on our property and always takes the time to diagnose the issue and only orders the necessary parts. Danny assessed the issue with the fan Motor. Ice was attached in a big chunk on it. Danny said the ice chunk was causing the issue. We did not need to replace moyor
