David was awesome. Very professional. As far as the rest of my experience with Sears, home services was awful. Your parts department that lost the parts. I've been waiting for almost almost 2 months to have my refrigerator fixed. David came and diagnosed it and ordered the parts, but you guys lost them. I had to reschedule a number of times because no one seem to be able to get it straight. Terrible experience overall except for the actual technician they came out and did the job.
