Our technician, Mike, was very nice. But...we would never use your company again for anything. You need to drop the AI agents and get real live agents. We were put off for quite awhile, but when I complained, we finally got the job done. We liked Mike , but your company stinks.

Service Technician called and solve the issue to the customer satisfaction. However as the parts were installed just 2 months back by another technician who should have checked that the drain pipe is currently set to drain area. We will monitor for a week to see everything is good.
