I am very pleased with Derrick's work . It took over a month to get the work done . It shouldn't take that long for any work . The company wouldn't give me another company. Not a good policy to have .

Jim did a quick and easy repair to our stove. He was able to determine what breaker the stove was on even though it was not labeled. Overall he was very nice and knowledgeable.

The app that Sears and New Leaf share does not work well. I sent in very specific instructions as to the problem with my freezer when the AI app requested it with a description and a picture of the part that needed to be replaced to make the freezer door shut. This information was not transfered to the repairman who showed up. Also the 1-5 repair window was not honored by the person who was supposed to originally show up. The call I received from the the central dispatcher on the day of the repair advised me to be home between 11 and noon, which was impossible for me to do. The dispatcher sounded annoyed that I could not do this, and instead sent a repairman at the scheduled time who was not prepared with the information and the part needed to make the repair. The repairman who did come was therefore unable to make the repair. So now I have to have another repair appointment scheduled. This was NOT Arben B's fault - this was the 2nd time he was here for the problem when he correctly advised me to defrost the freezer before the problem could be fixed the last time he was here. Instead, it is a problem with the organization which did not handle the appointment scheduling and preparedness well at all. Why have an app that requests details if it is not working?
