The Sears technician Mark arrived with an great attitude and can-do attitude. He listened to my questions and answered them all with great satisfaction. He performed the work diligently and he doubled checked and even triple checked to make sure everything was operational before departing. I wish all technicians had this kind of attitude and due diligent that Mark displayed today. Looking forward to having Sears Home Services assist me again whenever I need assistance. Jose came and put on the part needed and resolved the problem. It could not be fixed over the phone so it was great he was able to come and install the tube to prevent freeze up of the water to the ice maker.
