The service technician was very professional with the two visits. Sadly the refrigerator is not fixed. It is still broken. I had to buy a dorm fridge as a work around. This isn't the technician's fault. The Sears system and phone support was useless. I couldn't get the additional parts needed to finish the job sent to the correct address. I called once a week and every time they said someone would contact me. They never did. I gave up and told the technician to close the ticket. The money spent for Sears extended warranty service was a waste of money. Stay away..far away from them. Do an internet search and you'll find there are over a 1000 similar complaints. This is why Sears will even lose this business like their retail stores to the competition. I feel for the technician who is a great representative for the company yet his hands are tied by a poor support system.

Casey was very professional and had the knowledge that he needed to fix the burner on the range. He has good people skills also. Told us what was the matter and answered any questions that we had. He did the repair very quickly. I will ask for him whenever we need another repair person.
