Techs great, company not
2-3 months to get washer and dryer fixed. The techs are heroic in their efforts. Whoever has the power to make this an efficient experience not doing his job! Many appointments and much waiting here.

Colin showed up around 2:30 on Saturday. Part needed arrived the day before. Evaluated then pulled washer from under the counter. Vry careful about water spill. Had a shop vac. Fixed and tried out the washer. Didn't work. Pulled it again and rechecked everything. Confirmed function and reinstalled fully. Couldn't tell anybody had been there. Took over an hour, but Colin worked hard till complete. Am pleased with the service.
