Steven did a great job. He is fast and was good at repairing our ice maker. The only negative is not about him it's that we tried for over 2 months getting a repair person and Sears canceled on us 7 times. Once Steven was our repair person he came in a timely manner and did a great job.

Good. Thanks. The repair was fast and easy and the repairman was efficient and kind. 5. Only one issue: the technician that came to assess didn't let me know that the new parts were being delivered to my house. Just by luck they were not stolen. A neighbor saved me. Porch pirates swoop in within minutes. The homeowner needs to be aware. I would have sent the delivery elsewhere.
