Charles was great, he manage to fix the issue. But the only problem was I didn't need the part that was ordered. So now I have to send this part back. I believe this could have been avoided if the issue was properly diagnosed the first day.

Unlike the first man you sent that caused a 3 week delay..unlike the original SEARS Service,,,Your management has to the worst I have ever experienced and I'm 84..I'm being overcharged for all of this.. This young man gets a 5+ he is saving your business..I won't renew
