Harold was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He is also very cordial and easy to work with. He is an asset to Sears home services. However, I will never use Sears home services again because the labor fee is outrageously HIGH!!!

I had two techs come, they were nice and professional. Getting them there was the problem. Filing the claim and getting straight answers was a disaster! The right hand had no idea what the left was doing. I would get text and then emails that said the exact opposite! Three appointments whare no one showed up. Was a horrible experience!!!

I liked the way he got to work and analyze the problem with my refrigerator. I appreciate his hard work, and attention to detail. The technician was great however, it took 4 appointments before the repair was completed. The first appointment was diagnostic and parts ordered. The next appointment the technician never showed up and I got a text 40 minutes before the 5pm window expired. Rescheduled again and again, after waiting all day, no technician and again rescheduled. Finally, the technician came and made the repairs. Each appointment is an 8am to 5pm window so each day was a wasted day. And there was no compensation for my wasted time. Not very good customer service on that end.

We have had multiple scheduling issues. The Sears Samantha system is awful and has cancelled my timeslot multiple times. I have cried on the phone with customer service. it is HORRIBLE. It took me 4 months to get this problem resolved. Joe has stepped in to make it right. He has sorted out our appointment problems and been there for us. Both he and Anthony are the best. These technicians are the only reason I don't drop the Home Service. Side note: Fix the issue with cancelled appointments due to "parts delays" that are not at all delayed and you might have a good service here.
