Three service visits required to fix a dishwasher correctly
I initially contacted Sears Home Services about a dishwasher which would not start. A repairman came who determined that several parts needed to be ordered. After they arrived, that repairman returned and installed them in the door. However he did not reinstall the door correctly so that the loading trays to be rolled out. I had to make a second service request and Gregory was sent. He was able to reinstall the washer door correctly.

I have to say after all of the crap that the more warranty company was sending me. It was actually heaven having somebody show up that knew what he was talking about order the correct parts was there on time actually earlier than schedule the service was absolutely fantastic and if I ever need anything like this or anything with appliances again, I will tell my warranty company That I want Sears home services thank you again so much for everything. You have no idea how much we appreciate your service and your technician was as pleasant as can be thank you thank you thank you!!!

Edward called and said he was on his way. When Edward arrived he was thorough in checking to make sure I had the right parts, and got right to work. When the work was complete Edward cleaned up, packed up and explained i was good to go! Thanks Edward!
