Robert arrived and got right to work. Even though our power was out at the time. He assessed the situation and returned to his vehicle to retrieve the necessary part. Soon after all was corrected. Very pleasant and informative.

Our experience with Eli S was great. However, our overall experience with sears is different as you have no way for us to communicate with a repairman before he actually arrives.
