Tech communicated good but didn't have enough parts. Now we hafta cook Thanksgiving dinner without most needed burner. Thank you. After many years of paying for this extended service agreement your service gets worse every year. You folks just don't appear to have any urgency.

Rendel arrived on time and went straight to work. The parts he had ordered were waiting for him, and he started removing the old parts and replacing them with the new ones. I am sure it took him no longer than haff an hour to complete the job. He left everything neat and clean. AND BEST OF ALL, My freezer works like new!
