RICHARD was great . His expertise on this problem was amazing . He diagnosed the problem with ice maker freezing in seconds . He explained the reason for the problem ,how it could be fixed .even showed me what needed to be replaced . the problem was caused by other than the product . gave RICHARD 5 stars would be 10
