Broken ice maker.
Ethan persevered and finally fixed the problem by realizing one of the new parts was defective and replacing it.

It took 5 different dates for a Technician to come out. We had to be home each day, between 8am-5pm. The first appointment, scheduled for 3/3/26, was cancelled, and rescheduled for 3/4/26, with no show or call for that appointment. The third appointment was scheduled for 3/10/26, got cancelled. We assumed Sears wasn't going to be the ones to fix our refrigerator. I called Electrolux who we have the warranty with, and then Sears texted me that they would be coming out on 3/24/26, which, again, got cancelled. Rescheduled for 3/26/26. Finally Ethan? came out and put the part on; fixed the frig. It was like our time was not important. If my husband was still working, one of us would have had to take a day off from work each of those days, because someone had to be here when the Technician was supposed to come out.

Jorge was lovely. Efficient and helpful. The scheduling system was terrible. You are booked for an 8 thru 5 time on a given day, texted five times that the technician was expected to arrive within a window of time and then texted again , and again, and again. So if you can't stay at home and wait for a full 9 hours potentially, don't book with Sears.

Andrew was very kind and professional. He was very knowledgeable and shared things we needed to do electrical wise. We have a terrible issue right now and he was very gracious and showed no judgement even though we were mortified. I would definitely use him again . After all the trouble we had getting a repair company here after a month , your company was right on it . Thank you so much for taking care of this issue .
