Quick and fast!
The repairman was very fast and courteous, told me what needed to be done also informed me to wait for the part to be ordered. It came very quick; a new appointment was offered so the repair even faster than expected.

This is the second time that John has been out to look at my aging appliances. The first was about a year ago when the dryer was acting up, and most recently it was for the 19 yr old washer. He is able to diagnose the dryer's problem and fix it efficiently. Unfortunately, he had to break the new of the ultimate demise of my washer, but delivered the news compassionately!

Technician was knowledgeable, sincere & honest. Unfortunately Sears repair & labor cost are as high as a auto-mechanics. It would cost as much to repair as it would to buy a new washer.😮💨
