He had to come out several times because the part was inoperable the first time. So he's had to double his work and he's been good about showing up as scheduled. He's courteous m, cleaned up and did a good job. We're thankful that it's finally done. Doesn't speak too well for Frigidaire to have a part get through quality control and it's inoperable, but nevertheless they did send us another replacement right away and it is now installed,

Richard was very polite and courteous. He knew how to fix the door handle and tried to repair it. So the handle is broken the glass and the front and back of door falls apart. Even if i had a new handle i would not be able to put it all back together. The handle was broken so he ordered a new one, the new handle was sent without new screws. He came in today to replace it he did very well . Thank Blessings A Aguirre
