Everything from start to finish from the very first contact, setting up the appointment, being apprised of the timeframe, and then the service man himself where he explained everything very clearly and did an excellent job! Warranty Work on faulty Fridgidaire fridge: Brad showed up on time and got right to work replacing the parts previously ordered by last tech. Brad understood the problems that the 2 year fridge has been having. He worked efficiently and was friendly. Hopefully the parts Fridgidaire sent will work this time.

Unfortunately the wall oven was old enough that the control board is NLA. Justin did spend time giving ideas as to alternative sources to find it and how I might be able to replace it myself if I did find the part. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate his a spending time to answer questions in that I still had to pay for the service call

There were some issues with pulling out my dishwasher, so he was unable to install the motor. He did all he was able to do well. He explained what was going on and why he had to do what he did. My job is to get the dishwasher out so he can finish his job and install the motor.
