3rd trip to correct the same problem! Hopefully this is repaired now. Our service tech was great. Sears Home Services, not so! I would give them 0 stars. First they give you a service window between 7am-6pm! Really!! Sears expects their customer to wait 11 hours for the tech to arrive! Around 4pm your tracking service said our tech was still 5 stops away. And don't even try to call. I could NOT get a human at all. All automated and kept giving me information I already knew. I will not be using Sears Home Services again. The only reason we used them this time was our home warranty company assigned the job to them.
